You can come along to our Recreation centre where we hold auditions and rehearsals at specific times during the week, just come and say hi and chat to some of our members. Our latest production opens this Friday so please come along and watch! We should be holding auditions soon after for our end-of-year production which is usually a musical or panto. Hi Carolyn, not at all! No experience necessary, just enthusiasm and dedication 🙂 We are currently rehearsing a variety show which has some singing, some dancing, but also acting in the form of two one-act plays – the show actually opens this Friday so come and watch! Normally our end-of-year production is a musical or panto, but even if you don’t want to sing and dance, there are other ways to get involved… backstage, front of house, production crew etc. So come along and say hi, we look forward to meeting you! When are you having your next workshops. I only found out about you guys today through the internet search engine and I saw that you guys sometimes hold workshops for upcoming acts. I leave in Orange Farm South of JHB and just formed a crew recently and I need all the experience I can get to expose them and encourage them to not let down. can you help?

We’re in the middle of rehearsals for our year-end Pantomime, show opens end Nov – hope you’ll come watch and meet the crowd. You’re welcome to pop in on a Sunday afternoon while we’re rehearsing and perhaps get involved backstage or in some other way, we’re always on the lookout for eager participants so come and chat to the director or committee members…
Our annual One-Act Play Festival auditions will take place in January and I highly recommend you come along for that – it’s so much fun and the plays are short and sweet (about half an hour each) – we usually have up to 10 plays taking part!
